New Year, Elevated You

2020 is here! Maybe you set a resolution, an intention, a clear goal for this year. Whether you feel like you’ve been sticking to it all month, you feel like you “dropped the ball” or you forgot what it even was, there’s still time to make a change!

88% of people that set resolutions, don’t keep them. The human brain craves routine and resists change, but there’s a better way to make a chance.

Instead of chasing after a measurable goal, gravitate toward a feeling.

Ask yourself: How do you want to feel in 2020?

Empowered: maybe the reason you want to quit your job is because you want to take charge of your life.

Abundant: maybe the reason you want to make more money this year is because you want to let go of the stress surrounding finances and feel like you can have it all.

Confident: maybe the reason you want to lose weight is because you want to feel comfortable and confident in your own body!

Valued: maybe the reason you want to take your relationship to the next level with a partner or with your kids is because you want to feel appreciated for all that you do.

Healthy: maybe the reason you want to get rid of your acne or feel better about the health choices you make it because you want to prioritize self-care and feel healthy inside and out.

How to make it happen?

It’s simple, remind yourself daily of this feeling! Without even realizing it, your everyday choices will bring you closer and closer to your goal. Let us know if you try this guilt-free, empowering way of setting “resolutions.”
