Class Format
Join our indoor and outdoor classes taught by seasoned Yoga, Strength, Meditation + Pilates instructors. Our thoughtfully appointed, state of the art La Grange yoga studio provides all props for class including: yoga mat, meditation cushion, eye pillows, blocks, and more. Just bring yourself to class!
All L | H classes are about toning the brain and body through movement, breath or meditation. With guidance from our instructors, each of our 50-minute group classes are designed to bring mindfulness, strength, and wellness.

Meditation | Stillness or Minimal Movement Classes
Guided by your instructor, each meditation class places emphasis on calming the mind through breath, stillness, mindfulness.

Movement | Yoga + Core Stability Classes
Offering three levels of movement, our classes are designed to provide you with flexibility, improved circulation and toning of the brain and body by emphasizing focus on breath work, resistance and flow.
Levels
• Gentle: Basic Yoga and Meditation.
• Intermediate: Intermediate Yoga and Meditation.
• Advanced: Core Stability and Strength.

L | H Classes
All L | H classes are included in our Unlimited membership. L | H classes can also be attended by Non-members.

Specialty Classes
Specialty Classes + Instructors
All Specialty Classes are conducted by independent instructors through our L | H Studio Rental Program. Specialty Classes can be attended by Members & Non-members. Members will receive a 10% discount. To attend a Specialty class you must contact the Instructor personally.
