Kelly O'Donnell

Kelly grew up with dance, gymnastics, and exercise as a core part of her life. She started group exercise instruction during her time at the University of Wisconsin over 20 years ago and has been involved in fitness instruction and training ever since.  In 2013 Kelly became certified to teach Yoga Sculpt through Core Power Yoga.  In 2015, she took her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and certification.
She enjoys teaching all formats of yoga and exercise to her students. After practicing yoga for a few years and  as a fitness instructor, Kelly knew she wanted to share the benefits of yoga she was feeling with her students.  The connection of body to mind and breathe to movement has changed her entire fitness experience, by increasing flexibility, strength, focus and calmness.
