    Cymbopogoncitratus (Lemongrass), Menthaxpiperita (Peppermint), Rosmarinusofficinalis (Rosemary), Cupressussempervirens (Cypress)

    Lavender: Analgesic, anti-anxiety; soothes mood disturbances, nervous tension, emotions, irritability; supports sleep, memory, and nervous GI symptoms; relieves muscle spasms and restlessness.

    Mandarin: Sedative; relieves stress, insomnia, irritability, mental fatigue, and restlessness.

    Marjoram: Sedative; alleviates mental exhaustion, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, and obsessive thoughts.

    Carrier: Grapeseed Oil: Rich in vitamin E (antioxidant); protects cells from free radicals, aids in acne healing, lightens skin, tightens pores, reduces scars, and works as a makeup remover.

    Vitamin E: Enhances shelf life by preventing oxidation.

    To balance the soul, apply with a carrier to temples, behind hairline, pressure points (inner wrist, soles of feet, behind ears) and inhale.

    Facial Steam: Add 15-20 drops to a bowl of steaming water; inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes.

    Diffuser: Add 15-20 drops to a diffuser, scent ball or car diffuser to disperse the oils throughout the home, office or car.

    Massage: Add 1 drop to 2 tsp of carrier oil for local application.
