Whether you're new to meditation or have a regular practice, this equinox experience aims to enhance your relationship with meditation and balance your body and mind for the fall season. A regular meditation practice has been shown to reduce stress, pain, anxiety, and symptoms of depression. Additionally, it may improve focus, attention span, and cognitive function. Physiologically, meditation has been linked to lowered blood pressure and improved heart health.
