The oils French Lavender, Sweet Marjoram and Mandarin are blended to target mental exhaustion and nervous tension. Our sleep blend calms the mind and body and aids in sleep disturbances.

    • Lavender - analgesic, anti-anxiety,  treats mood disturbance, nervous tension, balance emotions, irritability, soothes nervous system, anxiety, muscle spasms, restlessness, improves sleep, improves memory, nervous GI symptoms.
    • Mandarin - Sedative, Stress related conditions, Insomnia, Irritability,  Mental fatigue, restlessness.
    • Marjoram - Sedative,mental exhaustion, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, Obsession.

    Carrier:

    • Grapeseed Oil - a good source of vitamin E which works as a fat soluble antioxidant, which helps protect your cells from damaging free radicals that have been linked to cancer, heart disease and other chronic illness.Grapeseed heals acne, lightens skin, tightens pores, reduces appearance of scars and is good to remove makeup.  
    • Vitamin E - increases shelf life by preventing oxidation.

                       

    To balance the soul, apply with a carrier to temples, behind hairline, pressure points (inner wrist, soles of feet, behind ears) and inhale. Facial Steam: Add 15-20 drops to a bowl of steaming water; inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes. Diffuser: Add 15-20 drops to a diffuser, scent ball or car diffuser to disperse the oils throughout the home, office or car. Massage: Add 1 drop to 2 tsp of carrier oil for local application.
